Innovation activity impact on adding value to the enterprise: empirical analysis

In the context of economy digitalization corporate innovative activity is one main competitive advantages, which should have impact on adding value to enterprise. The aim this study explore if there relation between innovation level Russian companies and their value. Analysis balanced panel data based application random effects fixed models used test research hypotheses. sample contains 19 nonfinancial public (2012-2019). results empirical demonstrate positive company influence expenditures staff development (one social responsibility (CSR) directions) latter addressed as well, however, no statistically significant result received in short run, probably confirmation a relationship can be obtained long term. Moreover, general CSR indicator tested make further conclusions validity idea joint companies.
